TEAP

#ClimateEldersNG is a 12-month storytelling campaign dedicated to spotlighting the wisdom and experience of Nigerian elders aged 50 and above who are changemakers in environmental protection, activism, and sustainability.

We believe this population group possesses valuable experience and wisdom that young people can benefit from amidst the climate crisis and widening inequalities in Nigeria.

This campaign is an offshoot of TEAP’s Climate Conversations project with Stanford University, which set up intra- and inter-generational dialogues with youths and elders in Nigeria, the US, and the UK experiencing eco-distress.

This project was also supported by the Urban Movement Innovation Fund (UMIF) through the Youth Climate Action Fund.
