About Anchor
Anchor is a collaboration between SustyVibes, Tele-education for Clinicians and Leaders in Africa (TeCLA), an initiative of Making More Health (social entrepreneurship for innovation), Project Echo (virtual medical professionals community for support, guidance and feedback), and mDoc (evidence-based person-centered approaches for medical interventions in Africa).
Why are we doing this?
To support mental health professionals in learning more about the connection between climate change, environmental issues, and our psychological well-being, as well as some of the ways to safeguard and support the most vulnerable, and impacted individuals in their communities.

How are we doing this?
For this project we will leverage the ECHO® model, developed more than a decade ago at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Centre, to help improve access to care for complex conditions, by building capacity through virtual education and training of local providers.

Our Learning Framework
Participant-Focused
We prioritize participants' needs, tailoring our curriculum to topics deemed crucial by our participants. We understand that interaction and connection are key to a transformative learning experience, and fosters an environment that encourages participants to analyze, discuss, and engage collaboratively.
